Wasteland 3 Trailer Introduces You To Colorado's Patriarch

This year's E3 gave us a glimpse at Wasteland 3's take on Colorado and this year at Gamescom, we got another look at the state. This time, we were introduced to the mysterious figure known as The Patriarch of Colorado, who has an interest in The Rangers and what they can do for him.
